Why choose highly processed,
store-bought, non-dairy milks when you can easily make your own fresh and
nutritious (and cheap!) milks from soybeans, oats, brown rice, nuts, and even
shredded coconut. These delicious, cholesterol-free milks are sensational in
cereals and desserts and as beverages. They can be used in cooking and baking
as well. No fancy equipment needed ---just a blender and strainer!
